POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

El cambio de talle o prenda es gratuito por una única vez, a partir del 2do cambio de talle o prenda, el cliente deberá abonar un nuevo envío.

Para hacer el cambio simplemente deben escribirnos a nuestro correo badideasclothes@gmail.com y les enviaremos el código de devolución.
Una vez que recibamos la prenda en nuestro depósito, le enviaremos el nuevo talle.

Las devoluciones son por la misma prenda en otro talle o por otra prenda del mismo precio.

NO hacemos devoluciones en dinero

No hacemos devoluciones de prendas que no han sido compradas en nuestra página web.

The exchange of size or garment is free for a single time, from the 2nd size or garment exchange onwards, the customer must pay for a new shipment.

To make the exchange, you simply need to write to us at our email badideasclothes@gmail.com and we will send you the return code.

Once we receive the garment at our warehouse, we will send you the new size. Returns are for the same garment in another size or for another garment of the same price.

We do not offer cash refunds.

We do not accept returns for items that were not purchased on our website.
