Orders placed on www.badideasclothes.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major Holidays) and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please note requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed and is a request.
During Peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible.

• Your bank statement could reflect either Global-E and/or Shopify as the seller.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included at checkout.
All applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges are determined by your local government and vary by province.
Once your order has been received, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If for any reason you receive an email from Correos or your local customs agency asking for additional payment, you should proceed with it.
